- Reduced Build-Times: We are pleased to announce significant improvements in our manufacturing throughput and scheulding. Through diligent investment in our manufacturing resources and the addition of more skilled personnel, we have successfully driven down the build-times to now range between 10-12 weeks for most of our products on new orders. This development represents our ongoing commitment to meet your needs faster and more efficiently. We are also committed to continuing to drive this build-time down further.
- Improved International Shipping Rates: We have further negotiated with FedEx freight for our international shipments for a significant reduction. For our international distributors, we recommend that you utilize the product configurators to compare these new rates against those of your current carriers. With Magna-Power shipping on its carrier, the Incoterms are Delivered at Place (DAP), meaning we take ownership and responsibility for any damages right up to your doorstep. I am thrilled to report that with our new rates, shipping prices have been reduced by as much as 30% for many destinations in Europe.
- Enhanced DC Power Cables: We continue to sell a significant amount of custom fabricated DC power cables. We have upgraded the specifications and introduced super high-durability, abrasion-resistant sleeving to ensure even greater performance and longevity. - New Service Management System: We introduced a modern, customer-centric service management system, featuring a detailed service timeline and real-time updates, while enhancing transparency in after-market servicing.
