Pedestal Base

Engineered for maximum durability, the Pedestal Base replaces the standard locking casters with a rigid, welded assembly, which can be anchored directly to the floor. Built from 0.25" thick 1018 cold rolled steel and fortified with 0.25" x 4" x 2" steel rectangle tube, this robust construction ensures support in demanding industrial environments. At each end of the steel rectangle tube, 0.1875" steel angles are welded in place, providing convenient mounting holes for secure placement.

Once the pedestal frame is welded, it undergoes a powder-coating process, resulting in a rugged, corrosion-resistant finish.

The pedestal base is secured directly to the rack enclosure’s frame to provide maximum mechanical support and to minimize vibrations and movement even under heavy loads.
