The Service Center strengthens Magna-Power’s long-standing commitment to South America by bringing factory-authorized repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance directly to customers across the continent, covering both warranty and non-warranty needs for the company’s entire product range from 1.25 kW rack-mount to multi-megawatt power systems.

Locally based Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking technicians are supported by Magna-Power’s headquarters in Flemington, New Jersey, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and adherence to the same stringent quality protocols observed at the company’s vertically integrated, 73,500 sq-ft U.S. manufacturing campus.

With 48-hour turn-around on nearly all critical spare parts and import-export logistics all handled internally, the service center reduces turnaround times by days or even weeks compared with overseas shipping, while eliminating administrative hurdles for customers in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and beyond. Field service teams stationed in São Paulo are available for on-site commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support, enabling Magna-Power users across South America to maximize uptime and extend equipment life cycles.
